On a Golf Day, you are free to choose any of the golf courses in Cape Town, within a 100 km radius of Cape Town. To help you choose a course, we have listed what we think are the best golf courses in Cape Town. Each of the courses we recommend has its own special character, so you will experience a wide variety of golf during your stay. The golf day always includes return transfers to the course, green fee, golf cart, range balls, halfway house food and drinks and a high quality lunch at the end of the day.
STEENBERG GOLF ESTATE

This Peter Matkovich designed Championship level course is one of the best in Cape Town and South Africa and hosted the SA Women`s Open 2022. The signature hole of the course is hole number seven. CLOVELLY COUNTRY CLUB

Clovelly is considered one of the best courses in Cape Town. The course is known for its undulating fairways and Championship-level greens. Clovelly's magnificent course is built on sand dunes shaped by nature, with the diverse and beautiful vegetation of the Cape Peninsula. A link to the golf clubs homepages.
ATLANTIC BEACH GOLF CLUB

Championship level scenic links course where the wind defines the game strategy. On a calm day, you can approach the green normally, but on a windy day, a good result requires links-style approaches, keeping the flight of the ball low, below the wind. A link to the golf clubs homepages.
ERINVALE GOLF CLUB

This course, designed by Gary Player, is one of the finest in South Africa. Erinvale has hosted World Cup of Golf in 1996 and the SAA Open in 2005. The first nine holes are played on narrow fairways that require accurate tee shots, the back nine is played in more open terrain with great sea views. Link to the golf clubs homepage.
PAARL GOLF
This 27-hole course is in the beautiful Paarl-Franschhoek valley, surrounded by vineyards and mountains. This course is always in good condition, and gives the player a good challenge, regardless of handicap. Paarl Golf Club has on several occasions hosted competitions on the South African Sunshine Tour. A link to the golf clubs homepages.
DE ZALZE GOLF

De Zalze course is part of the De Zalze Winelands Golf Estate winery. This is a beautiful parkland course, surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. The Blaauwklippen river flows through the course, creating a challenge on several fairways. De Zalze hosted the 2006 World Amateur Championship. A link to the golf clubs homepages.
PEARL VALLEY GOLF CLUB

Pearl Valley is a Jack Nicklaus designed, extremely beautiful top course that hosted the SA Open in 2009. The course is always in good condition and the greens are fast. The course challenges the player to weigh up between different playing strategies to best concur each hole. A link to the clubs homepage.
WESTLAKE GOLF CLUB

This beautiful, parkland course at the foot of Silvermine Moutains is one of Cape Town’s most popular golf course. The fairways reward good tee shots and the greens are always in good condition. Westlake hosted SAA Open in 1999 and SA Women`s Open during 2018 - 2021. Link to the golf club's website.
